Welcome to CEROWAIT. By using our services, you accept these terms. We recommend you read them carefully, as they constitute the agreement governing the use of the platform.
1. Nature of the Project and Legal Relationship
CEROWAIT is a software platform developed as a personal, educational, and non-profit project (hobby). Absence of Commercial Relationship: By registering, the User acknowledges that CEROWAIT is not a commercial entity and that the service is provided free of charge as part of a technical experimentation initiative. Purpose: The main objective is learning and validating software architectures, not commercial exploitation or the provision of guaranteed professional services.
2. Beta Services Program
You acknowledge that the platform is in an Experimental Beta Version. Nature of the Service: Being a personal project, the service may be modified, interrupted, restarted, or permanently cancelled at any time and without prior notice, without this generating any right to compensation. Support: There is no obligation for maintenance, technical support, or system updates by the administrators.
3. Provision of Services and Technical Limitations
CEROWAIT strives to offer a functional system, but there are critical limitations derived from its non-professional nature: Availability: The service is provided "as available". No guarantees of uptime or stability are offered. Business Logic: The reservation and notification system is merely indicative. The User is solely responsible for managing and verifying their work agenda independently of the platform. Data Integrity: CEROWAIT does not guarantee the integrity or permanence of the information entered. It is mandatory for the User to maintain external backups of all their critical information.
4. User Responsibilities
By using this tool, you commit to: Security: Maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. Lawful Use: Not performing load tests, reverse engineering, or security attacks against the project's infrastructure. Third-Party Privacy: You are solely responsible for complying with personal data protection laws for the clients you register in the system.
5. Exclusion of Liability (CRITICAL LIMITATION)
GIVEN THE FREE AND NON-COMMERCIAL NATURE OF THIS PROJECT, TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CEROWAIT AND ITS CREATORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES FOR: LOSS OF INCOME OR PROFITS: Any system failure resulting in the loss of customers or sales for your business. INDIRECT DAMAGES: Including, but not limited to, damage to reputation, business interruption, or loss of data. THIRD-PARTY CLAIMS: Liabilities arising from the relationship between the Business User and their final customers.
6. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the creators of CEROWAIT against any claim, cost, or demand (including legal fees) derived from your use of the platform or the violation of these terms.
7. Intellectual Property
All code, design, logos, and architecture associated with CEROWAIT are the intellectual property of its creators. Access to the platform is a temporary and revocable use authorization, not a transfer of rights.
8. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. For any controversy, the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the city of residence of the project administrators, waiving any other jurisdiction.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to revoke access to any user or close the project permanently at any time without the need for prior justification. By completing your registration, you confirm that you accept the non-commercial and experimental nature of CEROWAIT and assume all risks derived from its use.
